Hello!

I’m Lindsay Fryer, the owner and tax preparer behind Evergreen Tax Company. I’ve been preparing personal tax returns for more than seven years, completing 400+ returns each season. I also spent three years assisting instructors and moderating introductory tax classes, helping students develop their own understanding of Canadian tax preparation.

Fun fact: I genuinely enjoy doing taxes! I like digging into the details, solving tax problems and, just as importantly, helping people understand what’s happening with their return. My goal is to make taxes feel less complicated and a lot more approachable.

Why Evergreen?

I started Evergreen because I wanted to build a tax service around the things I value most: good service, fair pricing and treating clients like people - not numbers.

As an independent tax preparer, I get to know my clients and their individual circumstances. I can take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly and dig deeper when a return calls for it, making sure your return is accurate and that you’re receiving the credits and deductions you’re entitled to.

Evergreen is based in Monetville, Ontario, where I offer in-person, drop-off and online services - making getting your taxes done convenient from wherever you are.
